Isn't such a waste of time? Why bother sending memo after memo after memo to Suhakam on human rights issues? What have they done at all to address abuses to the rights of citizens? Do the cops laugh everytime Suhakam wants to meet them on issues? Do the RELA chief sniggers too?And folks of the human rights group, when you want to do this to drum up some publicity to show that you are doing something, don't do it last-minute. Create a bit of a show for great photo ops. This handing over is not great photo op.
